Acceptance and eligibility

By using this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the linked Research-Use Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and Privacy Notice. You must be at least 21 years old and purchase solely for legitimate laboratory research in accordance with applicable law.

Research-use restriction

Legacy BioLabs products are analytical reference compounds for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, food, drug, cosmetic, household, or other prohibited use. See the Research-Use Policy for the complete restriction.

Availability and orders

Catalog listings, prices, and quotes do not guarantee inventory and do not form an accepted order. Orders are limited to inventory released for sale. Review the product record, lot documentation, and any notice shown for the selected item before ordering. We may refuse, limit, or cancel a request when it cannot be lawfully or responsibly fulfilled.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Published prices may change before order acceptance. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment instructions are provided with your order confirmation. Orders awaiting payment are held for the stated period and may be cancelled if payment is not received. Dispatch follows payment verification. Taxes and charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

All sales final

Once payment is verified and an order is accepted, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted because research compounds require controlled handling. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If Legacy BioLabs confirms a fulfillment error, we will determine the appropriate remedy for the affected item. Do not return compounds without written authorization.

Shipping, discrepancies, and contact

Shipping timing and charges are confirmed with the accepted order. Inspect deliveries promptly and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, lot number, and photographs to support@legacybiolabs.com. Site content and policy changes

The site’s text, product records, marks, and artwork may not be reproduced or used without permission. We may update these terms when our operations or legal requirements change. The current version is posted on this page.
